Don't bend the glass even a little! I made the mistake of laying mine on the handle face down when reinstalling the handle because the screws fell out and I bent the glass slightly when tightening the screws. Boom, it shattered in a million pieces. I instantly went to AppliancePartsPros.com to find a replacement. Ordering was easy as usual, shipment arrived quickly, and the door was packed perfectly. I removed the old door from the oven by releasing the hinges and lifting it out. To avoid bending it again I leaned it on its side then removed the 2 screws and plates from the bottom. Removing the 2 screws on the top allowed the panel to pull out from the bottom and slide down. Removed the 4 screws that hold on the handle and brackets. Because all this started due to the screws falling out of the handle I used a little lock tight on the 4 handle screws when reinstalling them on the new panel. I reversed the process without tightening the top and bottom screws completely until they were all back into place. Hang the door back on the oven and lock the hinges. This panel fit perfectly and looks great! Thank you APP for another successful project.
