Searched on Appliance Parts Pros website for our problem and the answer was this tiny set screw.
The part we needed showed up immediately and we placed the order within minutes. It was super easy to order (and cheap!) We received it within 3-4 days of ordering. Small, but none-the-less an irritation to me and my office mates - and fixed so easily!
