Tim Heitke H Long Lake , MN April 25, 2017 Appliance: Model GE JVM1850SMSS After being over heated the entire microwave went dead Replaced a thermocutoff devoice that was under the case and in contact with the top of the oven cavity. As an over the range vent\microve oven, the most difficult task was getting the oven unhooked from the vent tube and out of it's built in location over the range.
