Took out the old one by unscrewing the two screws holding it to the inside of the oven. Then pulled out the part and took the two electric wires off the element. .Then I got the model number of the stove off of the oven and called AppliancePartsPros.com. Getting their number from the internet. I was looking for a GE part but they were on backorder. The oven is 20 years old and they do not make them anymore. So I called and talked to a nice Lady who checked out and discovered that I could use a frigidaire part as it was the same thing and was like 100.00 cheaper. Ordered the part and it came right away. I ordered it on Friday and was at my door Sunday morning. Took it out of the box and put it in-- took like 2 seconds. The lady on the phone I believe her name was Helen she was very professional and knew her job she was awesome.
