Purchased your heating element - it arrived in less than 40 hours. No papers but that's ok. A 76-year-old friend came and repaired it. We watched the video you have warning of the wires possibly retreating into the back of the stove. I thought of using a clothespin to hold each wire so they wouldn't slip back into the insulation. Good to do as even the clothespins were pulled into the insulation. It was hard to pull the old wires apart - a friend had to use a pair of pliers to hold old wire - not sure maybe the new too.
It was done in about 20 minutes. And I love the saying on your cardboard box as an avid recycler - that the box still has a lot of life in it so recycle it!! Keep up the fantastic work!! J S.
