Unfortunately I unplugged the old infinite switch without paying attention to where the new one plugs in. The video shows where to plug in for a regular infinite switch, but not for the dual burner, they are different. After shorting out the first one, I ordered another but the wiring was different on my stove than what the directions stated. I was able to e-mail the people at APP.com and they provided me step by step instruction based upon my model of stove. I could not be more impressed with the customer service experience I received.
