Easy fix: turn off power; remove two screws; pull old element forward and disconnect two wires; remove old element; attach the two wires to new element and reattach the two mounting screws. Done! Took ten minutes. Helpful if someone shines a flashlight on the two screws as you remove them. Ordered the part on Tuesday morning and it arrived Thursday.
