We own a Samsung washer and dryer, both about 5 years old. I already replaced the dryer belt tensioner arm and wheel about 18 months ago so was familiar with disassembling the dryer (which is sad as the dryer is only 5 years old. They don't seem to make anything to last anymore). I disassembled the dryer and quickly noted the worn out lower right front 'drum support roller assembly'. The part looks just like a wheel on a kid's scooter. I then went to AppliancePartsPros.com, entered the dryer model number, identified the needed part, placed the order and requested priority 2-day delivery. Part arrived the morning of the second day, I replaced the roller assembly and re-assembled the dryer. Be sure to rotate the drum manually and re-plug all electrical contacts. This will help in having to disassemble the dryer again to realign the drum or plug-in any missed connections (I missed the dryer door shut off switch but caught my error before putting the top assembly on to the dryer). I vacuumed the inside of the dryer and especially the lint trap and exhaust duct really well during the process. I also cleaned behind the dryer before repositioning in the laundry room. My wife tells me that the dryer seems to operate better now and that's good news to my ears!
