After flipping the stove top over, we noticed one corner of the connection unit to the large radiant burner was missing. This left the corner of the contact bare. Looking online we found your business and ordered a new radiant burner as the contact unit was a part of that burner. Placed the order and part arrived with the 2 day delivery time. Replaced the burner. Then proceeded to realign the cooktop to the stove. Then we tested all the burners. They all were active and the hot burner light did not light up until the burner was very hot. Turned off the burners and watched the hot burner light go out as it should when the burner cooled.
