Disconnected both HW and CW hoses and tested if water flowed into the sink. Then reversed hoses on the water inlet valves and HW ran thru the CW inlet. Water Inlet Valve Assembly was the problem. Ordered the part from Appliance Part Pros and completed repair. However, I found I needed assistance and the Staff at Appliance Pro was very helpful. Paula stayed with me and provided me with the information and a correct Video which helped me see what I needed to do to remove the Control Panel. Because my washing machine did not have the retainer screws I was stuck as how to remove the panel. The job should have taken 30 minutes but it ended up over 2 hours. However, the end result is that the Washer works and I saved over $150.
