The white film dots would not come off the rack or the bottom of the oven.
I went on line, ordered new racks and bottom pan.
Followed the directions for door removal to get the old pan out and new one in.
We replaced the door and all is fixed now.
We saved the old parts for future BBQ cleaning!
It looks like new!
