The ice door wasn't closing properly on GE side-by-side.I'd have to close it by hand most of the time. Ordered new door and spring. Once I had gotten access to the door I realized the ice dispenser solenoid was badly corroded, which was not allowing smooth functioning of ice door. After watching excellent video on AppliancePartsPros, I completed the job in under 20 minutes. (Would've been under fifteen, but I lost one of the solenoid mounting screws for a few minutes.) I also gave the solenoid a very light coat of di-electric grease to (hopefully) prevent future corrosion. It was pretty bad.
