I took out the ice bucket/dispenser. Put the ice in an ice chest. Dissembled the ice bucket from dispenser and found the baffle had broken apart and jammed in the jaws of the crusher. I took out the "E" clip, unscrewed the nylon nut (left hand thread) holding the jaws and baffle in place. I had to be sure to keep the jaws and spacer washers in order. The new baffle slid in place in the same orientation as the old one. I reassembled spacers, jaws, nut. Reattached bucket. Reinstalled. works fine.
