Replaced the ice dispenser auger motor after testing to make sure it was getting correct voltage. Repair was fairly straightforward. Old pulled motor had visible rust and a rattling sound inside as if a gear broke. New motor was successfully installed and now everything works as it should! Ice cubes and crushed ice are now dispensed.
