At first it would only happen when the kids would select the big cubes. My wife and I only used crushed. Suspecting there might be something wrong with the dispenser shoot door, I could not be sure. We all started to just use crushed and that was fine for a while. I then started clogging again and when I did not see whole cubes in the shoot, I knew I had to look into it further.
I Googled the problem and has several hits that pointed to the chute door. I ordered it from AppliancePartsPros.com and was surprised when it came in 2 days. That's quick service!
Following the videos I replaced the door in about 1 1/2 hours. And the problem is now fixed.
The hardest part was getting the from trim off. I was successful by pushing down on the bottom.
