Ordered a new arm from Appliance Parts Pros. The new arm was received a couple of days later. I had reinstalled the old arm several times as it kept falling out, so the replacement was a known process and went quickly. The new shut off arm is in place and seems to be staying there. Hopefully this is a long term solution. Time will tell!
