Well it wasn't a 5 minute fix. french door bottom freezer took about 1 1/2 hour to get running. have to empty out freezer remove door and shelf divider to get access to ice maker. ice maker is in back and had to lay in freezer with headlight to remove unit. will keep old unit for spare, the spring had come dislocated thus arm wouldn't work as designed.
