I found videos from Appliance Parts Pros on how to test the ice maker module and replace it. I followed the videos to remove it and test. I ordered the control module part and it arrived quickly within a day or two. I replaced the module and reinstalled the ice maker per the video.
The only difficulty was getting the power plug to separate but I was able to pull apart with leverage from pliers.
Ice maker started producing ice again within a few hours.
