My new ice maker made ice right away but the cubes were sticking together. Had a live chat and was told the problem was most likely to much water. I was told where the adjustment screw was and adjusted it until they did not stick. Thanks for the support. The how to video was good but didn't say you had to take parts from the old ice maker and put on the new one. It wasn't that big of deal but would have been nice to know. The instructions didn't say anything about the adjustment screw so if I was not told by you I would not have known what it was. When reading the instructions also be aware there were 4 instructions depending on what type of refrigerator you have.
