I contatcted AppliancePartsPros.com via the Chat option. I chatted with Dylan and told him what I was having trouble with. I gave him the model number for my refrigerator and he found the part I needed. He sent me the link to order it. After talking with my husband we decided that we would go ahead and order the part needed. Shipping was unbelivably fast! I ordered on a Sunday and I had it at my home on Tuesday...and it came from Kentucky to Central Kansas! There was some confusion once I got the new ice maker home, only because it was different than the one that was already there. I once again contacted AppliancePartsPros.com via chat and expressed my concern. They were very nice and told me that it was the correct part and to go ahead and install it. :) I watched the instullation video, which wac conveniently located in the link that I got from Dylan, then collected the tools that I needed to make the repair. It honestly took me longer to round up the 1/4 nut driver and the flat screw driver than it did for me to change the ice makers out. As soon as I got the new one in and got my refridgerator pluged back in I turned the new unit on and it started working immediately!
