The plastic actuator that is attached to the back of the ice paddle broke off. To repair this I purchased and replace the Assy Lever Dispenser AW3. After reading the forums I found out you need to remove the entire front panel. This was not easy, I used small plastic cards to disengage the plastic latches on the side and top of the assembly. After pulling on the assembly and also using a small screwdriver I was able to remove the assembly. (please read the other forums to get a better understanding on how to do this) After removing the assembly the replacement of the paddle assembly was pretty straight forward.
