The ice stripped (white plastic part that pulls the frozen cubes off the ice maker) broke and was dumping plastic into my ice dispenser. Unfortunately, you can't buy the piece itself, so I had to buy a whole new ice maker. I called a couple of local appliance places who all wanted ~$100 just to come out.
I was skeptical about buying from here and doing it myself, but after watching the video I ordered. I ordered the part thursday night and it was at my door by noon on Saturday. Took me 15 minutes to install with a screwdriver and it was making ice by that night. Saved myself a nice chunk of change. I would absolutely buy from APP again.
