Jennifer H Lakemoor , IL November 09, 2014 The ice stripper snapped and a piece of it was stuck preventing the ice maker from working properly I ordered a new part and was happily surprised to find clear, step-by-step video instructions to completely remove, dismantle, repair and reassemble the ice maker on hour website. The directions were easy to understand and follow. Within a half an hour I had removed my ice maker, replaced the broken part and put it all back in. Not long after that, the first successful ice cubes dropped into the ice bucket. If not for your great video, I never would have been able to understand the limited printed instructions that came with the replacement part. Thank you!! It was a $23 part and a half an hour's time. Wonderful. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
