Discovered the problem late on a Thursday night, evaluated the problem Friday morning, watched a video on your web site on fixing the problem, placed an order shortly thereafter... This is where you cannot beat these guys...the nineteen dollar part arrived fed-ex the next day, Saturday, watched the video posted again by your company, made the repair with some minor differences from the video in about 45 minutes with vacuuming/cleaning additional and problem solved... I ordered an over 200 dollar part(electronic control panel) for the same dryer a year to 18 months prior and had received the part the very next day and thought maybe because of the cost of the part but received the same attention with a nineteen dollar part... wow, what a great company.. Thanks a repeat customer and I tell many others when it comes up in conversations..
