I ordered a new igniter and installed it...
I first turned off the gas and then unplugged the stove / oven.
I grabbed a butter knife to help the gas / pilot cover come loose (food stuffs was kind of keeping it from coming loose).
I then got the cap off. Removed the igniter wires and then unscrewed broken Igniter.
I then installed the new igniter. Reconnected the wires and then put the cap back on.
Plugged in the stove / oven. Turned the gas back on. And that was it! Had it not been for trying to pry to cap loose, this would have taken about 5 minutes; it took me longer to get the cap loose than it did to fix it! ha!
