GE does not make the switch anymore so I ordered Two Jenn Aire switches which was a similar product that is also out of production.
I replaced the defective switch with the replacement part even though it was a different design. There were no wiring instructions with the switch and all the terminals were in a different location
on the replacement switch. Through trial & error, I got it wired properly and it works. During disassembly, the other identical switch fell apart but I had ordered two replacements and successfully installed the 2nd switch and now everything is working. I need new control knobs but they are also out of production.
