Unplugged washer. Removed front panel of Maytag heavy duty washer which required removal of two screws at bottom left and right of panel. Removed top lid of washer which required removal of bolts on left and right front sides of lid. Removed injector valve/nozzle located at top of washer to the left of tub from hoses. Installed new injector valve/nozzle with clamps to hoses. Reattached lid and front panel and plugged in unit. Problem solved
