Instead of snaking the entire tube out I cut the new tube and old tube to length used a 5/16od compression coupler to join the two tube together. connected the new section of the tube to the inlet valve. Repair complete and leak gone. Keep the 14 yr old fridge going. Note if the tubing was copper from new this repair would never need to be done.
