Julie M Almena , WI September 29, 2014 Internal drain hose was leaking and agitator did not work well My son fixed the drain hose with the one sent. It was not difficult. I used the agitator repair kit to fix the other problem with not too much difficulty. Had clear instructions and easily understood video to go by.
