After trying to adjust the temp controls, we took off the back panel of the freezer it was pretty clear that the fan was not moving at all. Food on the bottom was staying cold however. We came to this site and found the diagrams very helpful. A similar review led us to this part. The part arrived in 2 days. A youtube video later and the freezer works just fine.
