Very easy to fix:
1) Unplugged the oven from electrical outlet. (or you can cut off power at the circuit breaker box if the plug is unreachable)
2) Unscrewed the old bottom heating element from the back, and removed from connectors.
3) Installed new baking element and attached to connectors, screwed back in to oven wall.
4) Replaced the oven interior light bulb with a new one.
