ApplianceParts Pros sent me a replacement glass cooktop for the range. Opened the box on Sunday and the replacement cooktop was cracked and broken. Called and spoke to Andrew in Customer service who ordered me a replacement part that arrived two days later on Tuesday. no hassle, very easy to get the replacement. Just needed to send a picture of the damaged box and cooktop. Did not have to return the damaged part which would have been a major issue as it's a rather large box. And two days later I had the replacement part.
Great experience and worry free and Andrew from customer service did an exceptional job on the phone and taking care of business.
