Found out the valve was not closing on the cold side of the valve from rust buildup. I replaced the valve for 20$ saving myself a new washer. It was only a couple hoses and 2 plugs part is labled hot and cold, and there is one clamp for the hose going to the hot and cold. Anyone can do it, with a basic knowledge of tools. Very happy with the shipping. Just under 2 days from order. Total timewas about 20 minutes.
