Replace entire keypad. 1) Removed vent guard across top microwave. 2) Removed screw and dislodged keyboard. 3) Disconnects wiring harnesses from circuit board, and unscrewed grounding screw. 4) Unscrewed circuit board from old keypad and transferred to new keypad and screwed down. 5) Reconnected all the wiring harnesses and grounding screw. 6) Fitted keypad back onto microwave, and fitted and screwed vent cover back in place. 1 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
