I went to A/P website, put in my model number, found the part (or in this case the kit) that I needed, looked at the very detailed pictures of the kit, watched the good informative repair video and proceeded to repair my washer. It took less than 10 minutes to repair.
Parts were delivered in about 2 days and were less expensive that "other" parts suppliers.
I have always purchased from Appliance Parts Pro and will continue to do so in the future.
