Looked at several Internet + APP's on how to repair. The instructional videos were great & made the job easy. It was the worm gear. I ordered the complete worm gear tower from APP which made the job even easier.
The whole APP ordering & delivery process(& personal) were great. Accurate part, delivery was on time & perfect shape. What else can I say ... will definitely use APP again. ~ William
