Searched the AppliancePartsPros website and found the part I needed. Unfortunately, it was an assembly, not just the mounts (the mounts were integral to the plastic housing). Installation was difficult but I had the 'good' side of the rack for a guide. It still took several minutes of pressing, twisting and turning to get the broken part off and several minutes more to install the new assembly. But it worked, top dish rack doesn't jump out at you anymore when you are unloading.
