First I measured the static resistance from the hot and neutral blades on the plug. Using Ohm's Law I found the stove was pulling almost 10 amps with nothing turned on. I took the access panel off the back of the stove to inspect the wiring. It didn't take long to spot the charred suppressor board. Once I removed it I saw a capacitor had broken loose. Looking close I saw another capacitor had ruptured. Time to get a new board.
