Replaced the agitator. Had to drain the tub as well to get all the parts and pieces out. Luckily the tub wasn’t damaged or leaking. Getting the top off the washer was more difficult than expected. Is a new washer, Maytag MVW has to pull the top forward and then carefully lift and somewhat twist to get the clips to let go. Other than that it was pretty straightforward. Have run several loads thru since the tour and it all running as it should.
