I called AppliancePartsPros.com and ordered a replacement part. The new part arrived the next day, and I simply removed the old part and slipped the new knob on the washer and I was good to go !! I am really surprised and pleased with the response and the very short time it took to complete order, receive the knob and resolved my issue, and would definitely use your company for replacement parts in the future !!!
