I found the spider arm assembly was cracked in 2 places do to corrosion from our water out here. I replaced the spider arm assembly, tub seal and outer tub seal. While apart I made sure bearings for drum assembly had no play and spun smoothly. I used laundry soap for lubing tub seal inner races of bearings ant shaft of spider arm for smooth assembly.
