Pleasant , SC May 18, 2016 Large burning would only function on high setting I found, on the internet, through Appliance Pros, that this was an issue others have had and were quick to recommend replacement of the infinite switch. The job was simple enough, Using just a philips screw driver I could remove the back panels to access the switch; remove the control knob and two screws and the switch was out to access the wiring. However, the replacement didn't fix it. I contacted Appliance Pro and they concluded that I had received a faulty switch. Without hesitation they sent me another switch and the problem was resolved.
