I searched your site on how to do the job, but I had a door with a glass window vs all metal door. I contacted Nadene at customer service and she sent me the repair manual as an attachment to an email and I found which 6 of the 14 screws on the door I had to remove... so I printed the page got out a screwdriver w changeable tips and a needle nose pliers. These were the tools that were used on the video of the job on an all metal door at your web site. The screws removed easily w a #2 phillips and the halves seperated. Each kit has 3 latches and instructions on which to install based on marks on the old latch.. The reality was exactly what the instructions described. Perfectly clear even in French... I popped the new parts in reunited the clam halves of the door (the glass window stayed in place on the part of the door connected to the hinge so I just had to locate the plastic front of the door. And it closes like a dream and stays closed without needing to slam bam it.. Nadene "thank you ma'm"
