I did need a plumber to identify the problem--two cracked fasteners that tightened the element against the bottom of the dishwasher. But once identified, I used Model number and ordered the two parts on website. I paid extra for fast delivery. The order was correct and sent as advertised. Two days after the problem was identified, the dishwasher was fixed.
