The issue seems like the dispenser was cracked just a bit where the drawer slid in. The crack was small, but water and bleach find a way to ruin stuff. :) As a precaution and while I was there, i also replaced the drawer slideout, the 4 rubber hoses that go from the solenoids to the dispenser and the 8 clamps. The majority of the repair was repairing the rust damage and repainting.
Make sure you watch the videos as they are excellent and watch for stray water leaking from hoses when removing.
