You need a T20 Torx wrench to remove 2 screws in back and 4 screws in front to get the top out of the way. I found it helpful to remove the door, although it's not absolutely necessary. I used two pairs of needle nose pliers to remove the wire/spring clamps (these are reusable - no need to buy new ones). The old gasket pulls right out. Pay careful attention to seating the new gasket properly in its plastic channel. The wire springs are a bear to reinstall. It takes a fair amount of strength and four hands are absolutely necessary to keep the gasket in place while stretching the spring. But a worthwhile project of moderate difficulty.
