Cheryl M Las Vegas , NV October 23, 2016 I had left a plastic item in the bottom oven and turned on the upper oven and the plastic item had melted all over the lower oven! I called Sear's and they told me to call you, You had the oven racks and I replaced the ones that had white plastic all over them. I was able to scrape the plastic off the bottom portion of the oven.
