Audley W Port Saint Lucie , FL May 10, 2020 Appliance: Model WT7200CW LG direct drive washer. The pulsator stopped working the shaft stripped the plastic in the center. I ordered a new pulsator it came with a new shaft, and a # 10 bolt. I removed the old shaft it was a little hard to get out. I installed the new pulsator with the # 10 bolt it came with and that solved the problem. It was a easy fix. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
