Chester H Humboldt , KS November 20, 2016 Appliance: Model DLEX3470V My lg dryer wouldn't shut off after it completed its cycle the light would all shut off and the heat would stop but the dryer kept going I did online chat with the representative and found out exactly what part I needed then ordered a PCB control board. When the part came in 3 days later I removed the top off the dryer and removed the screw holding the control board. I unplugged all the plugs which was a little stubborn and installed the new one.
