I turned off water supply at the wall. Closing cold indicated the cold water inlet valve had a stuck solenoid. Ordered the part from Appliance Parts Pros and didn't pay the extra to get it sooner so I was without a washer for a week. Anyhow, received the part and after watching a video on APP I was able to change out the inlet water valve within 10 minutes. Washer back to normal. Very easy repair.
